Pain is real, but so is hope!

Individual Counseling - Individual Therapy - Life Coaching-  Detroit, MI

Individual Therapy—also known as psychotherapy, talk therapy, or counseling—is a collaborative process between therapist and client that helps to facilitate change and improve the quality of life for the individual served.   Individual counseling can help people confront barriers and/or struggles that interfere with emotional and mental well-being, and it can also increase positive feelings such as compassion, self esteem,  love, courage, peace and HOPE!

Motor City Center for Hope provides Individual therapy on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on the needs of the individual served.   Sessions can be held in the morning, in the evening or even on the weekend.  Our goal is to help you decrease stress, thus we work around your schedule.  You are in charge of your therapy -- not us.

If you're wondering if you could benefit from counseling, ask yourself the following questions. . .

Are you concerned about a behavior, feeling, or something you are doing?

Has this behavior or feeling been getting worse in the past few weeks?

Have you tried stopping or reducing this behavior or feeling on your own?

Are you finding it more difficult to cope with things than usual?

Are you having trouble concentrating at work or school?

Have  you read books or went on the Internet to discover more about the behavior or feeling that's troubling you?

Have you ever been in individual therapy before and was it helpful?

If you answered YES to any of the questions above, Individual Therapy would likely be beneficial.  Call or text us at 313-208-3407 for additional information or feel free to email us or schedule your appointment on our scheduling page.
